Your device doesn't appear to have an MSL5 license. Please try turning the TV off and on. If that doesn't solve the issue, contact your device seller.
Your Second Life viewer is outdated, please update to the latest version. If you use a third party viewer, ensure that it's still being maintained up to date and supports HTML5.
Flash Player seems to be missing
The video you are trying to watch relies on Flash Player for Opera and Chromium (PPAPI). Navigate to the link below on any of your browsers to download and install it. After installation, you need to restart your SecondLife viewer. For more information, you can visit the Troubleshooting section in the Settings App.
